About The Event
Ida Anderson Norris will join us at the BERC auditorium of Miner Institute. When we consider that a horse can feel a fly land on them, it is no wonder that even small movements or shifts in our balance as a rider can affect them. Ida will give a presentation and then guide us through a series of activities to improve our awareness of what our bodies are doing and how we can fix what isn’t working and feel even more comfortable on our rides. Whether you’re wanting to stay more balanced and relaxed on the trail, get a straighter center line in your dressage test, keep the best trot on the rail for your Hunter Under Saddle Class or get tighter around those barrels, Rider Biomechanics is for YOU! Ida teaches and judges for Western and Classical Dressage, and loves riders and breeds of all types.
